Resolution adopted by the Human Rights Council on 1 October 2015 (Resolution 30/1)
In October 2015 the Government of Sri Lanka co-sponsored a resolution at the UN Human Rights Council to promote reconciliation, accountability and human rights. It contains 36 actionable commitments made by the Sri Lankan State, focusing mainly on transitional justice, reconciliation and the rule of law.
